Are You Being Lazy? Reclaiming the Word Lazy

Today we reclaim the word Lazy, because the words we say about ourself and each other can affirm or suppress our sovereignty.

If you have ever felt guilty for resting this is for you because today we are reclaiming the word Lazy. Lazy is not bad. You are not lazy when you are day dreaming. You are enough just as you are.

Lazy is not bad.
Lazy is not good.
Lazy is not you giving up on life.

You are not lazy when you stop to observe the clouds.

You are not lazy when you are imagining.
You are not lazy —
You are being.

And just being is enough.
You are enough just as you are.

So the next time you call yourself — or someone else
— lazy,
just know:
they are in their space of freedom.

Allow them to be true.
Don’t bother to push, control, or do.
Just because you are doing something doesn’t mean everyone else should be.

And if someone is doing less than you, that doesn’t mean they are less valuable.

Each and every life is an essential part of our universal ecosystem.

So stop judging yourself
by regulations and standards.

You were born perfect.
You still are.

Assert the Claim that You are Enough – Say it Out Loud to Yourself with Conviction

“Today we reclaim the words we say about ourself and each other because we are sovereign and self-empowered life. I choose to release any negative attachments to the word Lazy and free myself from the burdens of performance, achievement, and perpetual activity. I honor the sacredness of being still in my mind and body so that I can listen and connect to higher truths.

Today we allow all aspects of ourselves to be accepted without self-judgment or fear of being seen. I am safe to be my whole self. I am enough just as I am.”

Reclaiming the word Lazy
You are enough
