In this piece, I explore the deep importance of how setting boundaries and how it honors our inner truth. I observe how fears of feeling approved are not reasons to speak your truth. It is more important to be honest than to people please. We must speak with conviction in order to allow ourselves and others to live authentically.
From No Boundaries to Setting Boundaries
No—
It’s not negative.
It’s assertive.
Why are so many of us afraid of saying no when what we truly feel is no thank you?
Saying no is not wrong.
Especially when you are being true to your intuitive gut feeling.
Yes, it can be easy to go with the flow sometimes.
But sometimes…
You can feel that the current is pulling you somewhere you don’t belong.
And in that moment—
Pause.
Feel the no.
Let it ring in your body like a bell.
Let it resonate.
That is your boundary.
That is your truth.
And it matters.
We live in a beautifully vast, expansive existence—
So massive, so inclusive, that you could go anywhere or be anything.
But you don’t have to.
Because you already are all of those things.
You are already in all of those places.
You are already connected.
Pause.
Feel your inner space.
Touch your center.
You’ll find you’re never far from anything—
Because we are all one body,
One spirit,
One soul—
Reflecting through sacred mirrors
So we can remember who and what we really are:
∞ Infinite. ∞
Practicing the power of no is part of reclaiming your intuitive voice.
Spellwork / How to Say No
“No” is not selfish — it’s sacred.
When you say no to what drains you, you say yes to what aligns.
Boundaries are the foundation of trust with yourself.
Let this be your gentle reminder:
“No” is a complete sentence, a reclamation, and a return to your truth.
I now release all that no longer serves me.
So it is.
