Protect Your Energy – What We Watch Matters

What we watch matters. What enters our vision can create reality. We manifest reality based on our thoughts—so we must protect what we allow in through TV, media, and online.

We must especially protect our children from violence. Much of the media profits from violence and hate, and this energy seeps into young minds. My own son, just seven years old, came across a Roblox game called Dark Entities—marketed to five-year-olds. Why should children be exposed to that? The system should filter such things out, but it doesn’t.

We see it everywhere: school shootings, political hate, Charlie Kirk’s recent controversies. The cycle of violence is fed by what people watch. Media narratives push division—us vs. them, Democrat vs. Republican. It creates anger, it creates hate, and that is dark energy. We must refuse to let it into our lives or our hearts.

As said by who I consider an ascended master, Bob Marley, who came to this Earth to raise consciousness through reggae music, 

“One love, one heart, one aim, one destiny, and that will overcome all things.” 

We are here now to create a new Earth, a Golden Age. The shift has already begun—the Age of Aquarius, the next Yuga cycle. The old systems are falling like dust. The media only shows the past, recycling stories of war and conflict. But the truth is: we create from this present moment, and what we focus on expands.

Focus on money and you’ll see more money. Focus on flowers and you’ll see more flowers. Focus on love and you’ll feel more love. The law of attraction is common sense. Yet schools still teach endless wars and killing as if that’s the story of humanity. That is not the story we must tell our children.

Children should be learning how to live their dreams, how to love themselves, how to honor Earth, how to be successful in ways that fulfill their unique soul paths. They should learn at their own pace, guided by curiosity and life itself—not forced into the same mold, not measured against arbitrary timelines.
